Fish stew

I make a simple stew of salmon. saute some onions and garlic in olice oil and in a pot place Salmon/cod/tenggiri slice, skin on, with the sauted stuff, celery and skinned diced tomatoes with water just slightly above the fish piece. Add some thyme and bay leaf. Bring to boil and simmer down to a good consistency. Before turning off the fire put in a dollop of butter. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes and vegies.
